After the danger of
Turkish attacks had vanished in the 17th century, parts of the
fortress were turned into a garden which is one of the oldest in the province
of Burgenland. From every point You will have a phantastic view as far as
Slovenia and to the mountains of Carinthia. You will find a plenty of peaceful
places, where the dreams of lost times come back.
